Loket

Privacy policy

Last updated 29 September 2026

Loket is operated by Bina Rezeki Trading (SSM 202603228707) ("we", "us"). Businesses ("clients") use Loket to talk to their customers on WhatsApp and Telegram. This policy explains what personal data Loket handles and why. It is written with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 in mind.

Who decides how your data is used

When you message a business that uses Loket, that business decides why and how your conversation is used. We process it on its behalf to provide the service. For questions about a specific business's use of your data, contact that business; you can also contact us.

What we process

How we use it

To reply to you, book or change appointments, pass your conversation to the business's staff, keep the conversation history for the business, and operate and secure the service. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Service providers

We use Meta (WhatsApp), Telegram, and Google (Gemini to generate replies, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Google Cloud hosting in Singapore) to run Loket. They process data only to provide their services to us.

How long we keep it

Conversations and bookings are kept for as long as the business keeps its Loket account, or until you or the business ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by contacting the business you messaged, or us at support@rezeki.chat. See how to request deletion.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to authorised people.

Changes and contact

We will update this page if our practices change. Questions: support@rezeki.chat.
